Let's share the joy of being a family where faith matters, where grace is felt and encouraged, and where love is real every day!

Club 456

Club 456 is for 4th, 5th and 6th graders.  This class participates in active learning and was designed to deepen the faith of pre-teens by helping them apply what they have learned about the Bible and Christianity to their everyday life situations.

On Sunday mornings, the Club 456ers meet from 9:45 - 10:35 am.  They have a Bible lesson with activities and discussions.  They meet from 5:00 - 6:00 pm, once a month on a Wednesday, during the school year.  Club 456 at night has a variety of activities.  They do ministry service such as working in the Lily Closet and making cards for our shut-in and nursing home members.  There is also the occasional pizza and game night.

In the Spring, our 456ers purchase, prepare and serve a meal to area homeless and needy at Love and Care Ministries in Abilene, Tx.  This is a wonderful experience for both the group and the sponsors.

After all of their hard work throughout the year, the 456ers take a "day" trip during the summer.  They have been to "fun" places like Hurricane Harbor and Grapevine Mills Mall.  This year we hope to be going to NRH2O in North Richland Hills, Tx.  The kids have several fundraisers throughout the year, such as the "Baked Potatoes To-Go" sale and sandwich & snack sales to pay for this trip and their other projects.

Club 456 always welcomes visitors.  If you are in 4th, 5th or 6th grade and enjoy learning, fun and fellowship, we'd love to have you check us out!
